ARRIVAL:
Registration begins at 6:00 am, so get there early to take in all the food, drinks and various raffle opportunities. After dropping off your clubs, please go to the registration table which will be on the back patio of the clubhouse AND CHECK IN.
When checking in please tell us which company with whom you are playing.
PRE-TOURNAMENT ACTIVITIES:
Please enjoy the breakfast burritos sponsored by the Arizona Chapter Associated General Contractors( AZAGC) and the Bloody Mary/Mimosa Bar sponsored by Cooper Aerial Surveys Co.
Purchase Raffle Tickets for prizes or win one of the many gift baskets donated to the chapter.
Next, Buy, Buy, Buy a Super Ticket (it has a lot of great promotions and activities including the famous Orange Ball game let’s see who can keep it through all 18 holes) sponsored by one of our industry partners Arizona Transit Association (AZTA).

SHOTGUN START:
Golfers call to your carts by 7:20 am and you will leave from the clubhouse for a shotgun start promptly at 7:30 am. Check out the treats in your golf bag placed in each cart. There’s treats to hydrate you and keep your energy level up throughout the day. We’ve also included sunscreen, a towel and lip balm. A big thank you to our gift bag donors and sponsors Friends of Transit, AeroTech Mapping, Inc., and PGH Wong Engineering. Keep a look out for our photographer as she comes around to take your foursome picture, smile pretty these will probably be used in the 40th extravaganza in 2025.
TOURNAMENT PLAY:
There are the usual games around the course Drone Drop thank you Infenix, Ball Launcher sponsored by Alta Southwest, Plinko thank you Terracon, Longest Drive (M/W) and Closest to the Pin (M/W) both sponsored by Hill International and another new game Break the Glass Challenge sponsored by Hunter Contracting Co.
The Watering Hole is located at hole #4 where you can enjoy either a Margarita or a John Daly sponsored by Cooper Aerial Surveys Co. Make sure you thank all the hole sponsors you see around the course as well. We had 14 hole sponsors this year.
POST TOURNAMENT ACTIVITIES:
Turn in those score cards and head into the pavilion for a great lunch and the awards ceremony, thank you T2ue and Stanley Consultants for sponsoring the lunch. The last drawing will be for the Super Ticket prize which is 4 general admission tickets on Thursday for the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
